As humans, it hard to be satisfied with anything. Things that are beautiful by themselves, such as nature, are still criticized. The irony in this is the fact that humans themselves are not perfect, therefore you would think they would not criticize others.

One example of people not being satisfied with nature involved the holiday time and lights. People everywhere put up lights on their bushes, trees, and house ever December. It has become a world-wide tradition, whether you are Christian or not.

People put lights on as festivities, but also make the dead and naked trees look nicer during the winter. Trees going through this process during the winter is a natural process, yet we as humans find the need to cover it. I tried to make sure the lights were bright to draw attention to them. Also, I took the picture when it was dark out so the lights are easier to see but not all the way dark because then it is hard to see the setting. I also liked the idea of lights because the darkness usually covers everything, but lights, ironically, draw attention to everything.
