When people think of opposites they usually think of two different things or people that have contradictory views. People usually do not think of one person opposing themselves, but that is something that occurs a lot, especially in high school. I wanted to focus on situation in which people become hypocritical so I stated thinking of when people break their word or their values.

In high school, risky situations and peer pressure go hand in hand. People who act pure and holy go out to parties and end up doing something they regret. One very common example of this is people who say they would never drink underage but then go out and feel as if they have no choice but to drink. When people are in a crowd they will do anything to fit in and not draw attention to themselves, therefore if everyone is holding a drink you have to as well.

 

In this image, I had a character wear a turtleneck sweater and a cross necklace. Both represent purity and innocence of the character. The character is also shown to be drinking a beer with a smile on her face. Her facial expression implies that she is not regretting her decision. The cross necklace is supposed to be a reminder for her to stay true to her values but in this image it is just an accessory that shows her contradicting personality.
